Charlie Rangel was officially censured for misconduct by Congress yesterday. The house also voted to call all future ethics violations “Pulling a Rangel.”

Christine O’Donnell has signed a deal to write a book. She said, “I’ve never written a book, but what the heck, neither did Harry Potter.”

John McCain has called the study that recommends gays be allowed in the military flawed. He complained, “It didn’t even ask servicemen if they watch the Tony Awards.”

According to a new study, members of the congressional Tea Party caucus are linked to $1 billion in earmarks. As one congressman explained, “We’re just purging.”
